Question 1

What is Gyanis Creator Studio?

Accepted Answer

Gyanis Creator Studio helps educational YouTube creators share existing lessons with students using Gyanis Flow. You submit video links for review. Approved lessons can appear in tutor chats, practice results, mindmaps and study plans in India, Malaysia and the UAE.

Question 2

How do I become a Gyanis creator?

Accepted Answer

Apply with your YouTube channel, the subjects you teach and your teaching languages. Our team reviews applications before granting dashboard access. You do not need an invitation to apply.

Question 3

Where exactly do my videos appear?

Accepted Answer

Approved videos surface in four places inside Gyanis Flow: AI tutor chat, where the tutor suggests your video when a student is stuck; drills, attached to weak topics after practice; mindmaps, pinned to the concept nodes they explain; and gameplans, as the learning step of study missions.

Question 4

Do I need to re-upload or re-edit my videos?

Accepted Answer

No. Submit the YouTube link to an existing lesson. Videos play through the YouTube player with channel attribution. YouTube determines which plays count towards your views and revenue.

Question 5

How does the AI enrichment work?

Accepted Answer

Our AI analyses your video's title, description and your submission notes to generate a summary, up to 15 tags, up to 8 key concepts, up to 5 learning objectives, a difficulty assessment and a quality score out of 100. Human editors review everything before it goes live.

Question 6

What is the clarity moment?

Accepted Answer

For every topic you map, you mark the exact second your explanation of that topic begins. Students arriving from a chat, drill, mindmap or gameplan land at the relevant explanation.

Question 7

How long does review take?

Accepted Answer

Submissions go through automated processing and human review. You can check each video’s status and reviewer feedback in your dashboard. Review times vary with the submission and the review queue.

Question 8

Which countries, boards and languages are supported?

Accepted Answer

India (CBSE, ICSE and state boards), Malaysia (SPM and STPM) and the UAE (MoE curriculum), across 50+ subjects and 14 languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malay and Arabic.

Question 9

What can Gyanis access when I connect YouTube?

Accepted Answer

Google asks for read-only YouTube access so we can confirm which channel you manage. We read its name, ID, image and channel statistics. During signup, we also use your Google email to prefill the contact field, which you can change. This permission does not let Gyanis upload, edit or delete videos. Your Google password stays with Google.

Question 10

Can I apply without connecting my Google account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose manual entry on the application form and provide your channel link and details. Our team will review them and may ask you to confirm that you manage the channel.

Question 11

Does connecting a channel submit all my videos?

Accepted Answer

No. Connecting verifies the channel. You choose which video links to submit, and each submission must pass review before it appears in Gyanis Flow. Connecting does not transfer ownership of your channel or videos.

Question 12

How do I remove a channel or request data deletion?

Accepted Answer

Use Channels in your dashboard to disconnect an additional channel. To remove your primary channel, select another primary channel first. Disconnecting does not withdraw videos already submitted or delete your account. You can also revoke Gyanis access in your Google Account connections. For account or data deletion, contact creators@gyanis.ai.
