Creator Studio bridges the gap between standalone videos and structured learning by organising this content into curriculum-aligned pathways, enriched with AI-powered study tools, practice drills, and personalised learning plans.
When a creator submits a video on quadratic equations, it does not simply sit in a library. It becomes part of a student's study plan, linked to the right chapter in their syllabus, paired with practice problems, and surfaced at the right moment in their learning journey.
How the platform works

Five steps, starting the moment you submit a YouTube link.
Step 1: Get invited — or apply
Gyanis identifies talented educators and content creators who produce high-quality educational videos on YouTube and invites them to the Creator Studio. You can also apply directly; the team reviews every application.
Step 2: Submit your videos
Submit your YouTube video URLs along with accurate curriculum mapping. Select the board, grade, subject, unit, and topic for each video to ensure learners can discover your content.
Step 3: AI enrichment
Our AI engine analyses your content and generates rich metadata — summaries, key concepts, difficulty assessments, and cross-curriculum mapping — making your videos more discoverable and useful for students.
Step 4: Editorial review
The Gyanis editorial team reviews each submission for quality, accuracy, and alignment with our educational standards. Approved content goes live across the Gyanis learning platform.
Step 5: Reach learners
Your approved videos become part of a structured learning experience for students across India, Malaysia, and the UAE, integrated into study plans, drills, and AI-powered learning flows.
Who can join
Who can become a creator
Creator Studio is invite-only to maintain the highest content standards. We look for educators who meet the following criteria:
- Active YouTube channel with educational content
- Clear, well-structured explanations aligned with recognised curricula
- Good audio and video production quality
- Content in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Malay, Arabic, or other supported languages
- Original content or proper licensing for all materials used
- Commitment to accuracy and academic integrity
